What forms of payment(s) do you accept? This store currently only accepts PayPal payments.
How much does shipping cost? For now, I am issuing a standard (with tracking) shipping fee of $4.75.
How do I know that my item has been shipped? After ordering, you will receive a confirmation email from BigCartel detailing that your order has been shipped and it will include the tracking number.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Depending on how many orders I receive, It'll generally take within 1-2 weeks to process and ship everything. After I've sent off the orders, shipping should take between 2 to 5 days. At the moment I am only accepting US shipping, so It's based on that.
There's something wrong, missing or confusing about my order! If you have any problems with your order please contact either my Email or Twitter messages and we can discuss from there. In most situations, I could replace your item or issue you a refund.
